Refrigeration and thermal insulation of transport vehicles

Transport of certain products (goods) requires certain hygiene standards and temperatures lower than the ambient ones. This is achieved by placing insulation on the loading area and mounting a refrigeration unit. The thermal insulation must correspond to the temperature of the transported product. The inside of the insulation layer is made of glass-reinforced plastic coating (layer) which satisfies the following key indicators:

  1. Mechanical strength
  2. Neutral hygienic barrier properties
  3. Heat non-conductive

The floor of the vehicle is made of insulation layer covered with a waterproof mechanically durable surface coated by resin of guaranteed hygienic and mechanical properties. Edging between the walls and the floor is made of stainless steel or aluminum material. The refrigerator comprises only of new elements or is a brand chosen by the customer.
