Pasteurization apparatuses with steam

The apparatus for pasteurization is characterized by forced circulation of water vapor, which creates an optimal temperature field. The movement of the steam is directed upwards through the product entering from a distribution steam chamber. The thermal insulation reduces energy losses. The unloading of the unit is done by turning it around the lateral axis. The apparatus comes with capacity of 200 kg, 500 kg, and 800kg wet straw per cycle.

The apparatus is considered suitable for launching oyster mushroom production.
